The Technology

Our unique technology, combining a built-in AI system with a video analytics sensor, scans the driver's body and processes the driver's movements while the vehicle is in motion.
The system is designed to identify all types of distractions through a real-time warning and even to reconstruct behavior history and predict expected behavior, with the main emphasis at this stage being placed on mobile phone distraction. InCarEye’s solution also helps drivers adopt safer driving habits!

The Company

The company was established in 2020 by leading professionals and executives from the automotive, technology and safety fields. Combining their expertise in the field, the founders recognized the severe mortality on the roads mostly onset by cellphone use.
Therefore, InCarEye developed an advanced technological solution to address this problem. And here we are now!

Founders

InCarEye was founded by a group of senior automotive, technology and transportation executives

among whom are Shlomi Ophir Afriat, Ilan Mor, a former senior officer in the Traffic Division of the Israel Police, Zohar Raz, and Ofer Segal - who joined together to further their common mission to eradicate the deadly worldwide phenomenon of fatal road accidents and provide a solution for driver distraction.

Expert in business development for high-tech and finance companies with over 20 years' experience.Shlomi was a partner in a groundbreaking start-up company (BNC Technology) in the automotive industry that developed a platform that allows importers to add capabilities and services to infotainment systems while protecting data communication and hence user experience.
Market leaders in Israel and abroad recognized BNC Technology as a leader in the industry.

After more than 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, Haim has decided to join and serve as the PMO of InCarEye. Previously, Haim was the Founder & CEO of SafeCar Theft prevention solutions. In his last role, Haim served as VP of Business Development of VoicEncode. Haim has a BA in Business Administration from Manchester University. Haim specializes in negotiating with senior levels of the automobile industry and insurance companies.

As the CTO of InCarEye, leading the company’s technological vision and AI innovation. He oversees the development of advanced human-centered technologies designed to enhance road safety and improve driving experiences. By combining artificial intelligence with Human Factors research, Yevgeny drives solutions that better understand human behavior, helping create safer, smarter, and more intuitive transportation systems.

Tax advisor and politician. From 2006 to 2014 he served as the Secretary General of the Histadrut.[1] Immediately after he served as the chairman of the Israel Football Association

Zohar Raz, served in the IDF for 25 years, 22 of which in the field of safety; he served as the Head of Road Safety Section at the IDF, Safety Officer for the Israeli Ground Forces and Accident Investigator at the Safety Department’s Investigations Branch. Raz has an M.A. in Occupational Safety and Health Technology, B.Sc. in Education and Road Safety Officer certification as well as Safety Supervisor. Has investigated accidents for the Ministry of Education in schools as well as traffic accidents for the National Road Safety Authority. Raz brings to the table a lot of crucial knowledge, thousands of accident prevention investigation and insight hours and is currently one of InCarEye’s consultants.
